Convention Update

Plan now to join over 1,100 Sigma Tau Deltans at our 2019 International Convention, March 27-30 in St. Louis, MO. Featured speakers include Tess Taylor and Nnedi Okorafor. January 22, is the early deadline for the best registration rates. Hotel Reservations Go to Hotel Information for details on reservations, roommate requests, and ground transportation. Book early! Reduced-rate rooms are limited in number. Participant Confirmation A tentative list of paper presentations and roundtable discussions is available on the Presentation Overview page. All presenters are required to complete the Participant Confirmation form by January 15 to confirm or decline our invitation to present. The schedule of sessions will be posted mid February. Student Chairs Students, if your submission was not accepted but you are planning to attend the convention, please consider volunteering to serve as a session chair by 1) completing the Student Chairs Volunteer Sign-Up by January 15 and 2) registering for the convention. Faculty Moderators Needed We are in need of Chapter Advisors and other faculty members to serve as session moderators. If you are planning to attend the St. Louis Convention, please volunteer to moderate a session or two by completing the Faculty Moderator Volunteer Sign-up by January 22. Early Registration

Early registration ends January 22. If you are presenting at the convention, you must register during early registration to secure your place in the schedule. All other attendees should register today to secure the lowest registration rates!

Hotel Reservations

Go to Hotel Information for details on reservations, roommate requests, and ground transportation. Book early! Reduced-rate rooms are limited in number.

Faculty Moderators Needed

We are in need of Chapter Advisors and other faculty members to serve as session moderators. Alumni Epsilon members may volunteer to moderate roundtables that were not submitted with a designated moderator. If you are planning to attend the St. Louis Convention, please volunteer to moderate a session or two by completing the Faculty Moderator Volunteer Sign-up by January 31.
