Plan now to join over 1,100 Sigma Tau Deltans at our 2020 International Convention, March 25-28 in Las Vegas, NV. Featured speakers include Terry Tempest Williams and Michael Branch.
Over 800 paper and roundtable submissions were received. Our small army of judges have been hard at work. Roundtable acceptances have been posted and and we anticipate sending email notifications of acceptances for paper submissions by December 18. Please keep an eye on your email. Even a quick glance at the submissions suggests the 2020 Convention will be rich in exciting, informative paper and roundtable presentations. Early registration opens on January 6.
All official convention activities will take place at the Rio All-Suite Hotel. Every room is a suite with expansive floor-to ceiling windows showcasing views of Las Vegas. Sigma Tau Delta’s special pre-tax Hotel Block group rate is $119/night for a room with 1 King Bed or 2 Queen beds (single, double, triple, or quad occupancy). This special rate includes the $20/night resort fee. The rate will be available until March 2, 2020, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs first. Book your room early!
