Introducing the first ever WORDY by Nature Summer Book Club! All summer we will be nerding-out over our favorite subject, books, but with a special Sigma Tau Delta focus. We will start with the 2013 Common Reader, Ex Libris: Confessions of a Common Reader, by Anne Fadiman, and then move on to books by other authors scheduled to speak at the 2013 Sigma Tau Delta International Convention in Portland, OR.
Participate in fun and enlightening conversations about the books and authors, and brainstorm about possible convention paper topics or chapter activities designed around them. The Student Leadership Committee, the 2013 Convention Chair, and other knowledgeable Sponsors and Chapter Officers will be on hand to answer questions about the books, the authors, and the numerous possibilities for using these texts in your plans for next year.
There will even be a SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE by Anne Fadiman, who will answer a few of our selected questions.
